Playbook is seeking a Revenue Lead to own the sales lifecycle for the Esplanade's meeting and event spaces in Phoenix. You will drive bookings from inquiry through contract, ensuring profitability while aligning with tenant priorities and positioning the Esplanade as a premier lifestyle destination.

You will build partnerships with on-site restaurant operators, oversee pricing strategies, and manage a robust pipeline to sustain revenue growth and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy for the meeting and event venues at the Esplanade, ensuring bookings are profitable and aligned with tenant priorities.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline for private and public-facing spaces through marketing, networking, and on-site activations.
• Collaborate with the Catering Director of Sales and restaurant partners to maximize venue and catering revenue.
