Job summary

PMI Entertainment Group seeks an experienced Events & Booking leader to oversee the Resch Center’s booking activities, focusing on maximizing revenue and delivering a diverse calendar of events.

You will develop relationships with promoters, agents, managers, tenants, and other stakeholders while supporting administrative, contractual, and operational aspects of event bookings, reporting to the Vice President of Events & Booking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Eight to ten years of venue management or related experience.
• Experience negotiating, developing, and executing contracts and agreements.
• Knowledge of event budgeting, forecasting, and settlements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee booking activities to maximize revenue and calendar quality.
• Negotiate event lease agreements and terms.
• Develop relationships with promoters, agents, and producers.
• Promote venue spaces to maximize utilization and revenue.
• Coordinate booking schedules with tenants and internal departments.
• Prepare contracts, booking memos, and related documentation.
