Job summary

LulaFit is seeking a revenue-driven salesperson to own the Esplanade's meeting and event spaces in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from inbound inquiries to contracts, ensuring profitable bookings and strong client relationships.

You will build a robust pipeline, partner with on-site operators and restaurant partners, and drive catering and venue revenue. A 4+ year sales background in large venues is ideal.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving sales leads and meeting revenue goals in large venues.
• 1+ years experience managing at least one full-time direct report.
• Proven experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume or high-touch environments.
• End-to-end event planning and execution experience.
• Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilisation planning, staffing models, and resource management.
• Effective escalation owner, resolving complex event issues quickly while protecting the guest experience.
• Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms).
• Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue generation for the Esplanade and all private and public-facing spaces, leading the full sales lifecycle from inquiry through contract execution.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for meeting and event bookings via marketing, networking, and on-site activations.
• Develop partnerships with on-site operators and restaurant partners to cross-sell venue and catering services.
• Manage budget, forecast market trends, and provide recommendations to leadership on promotions and sales strategies.
