You will build long-term relationships, customize rental solutions, and align internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful events. The role requires collaboration with Business Development, CAD, Inventory, Operations, and Sales Support to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in event rentals, hospitality, or sales.
• Strong knowledge of event rental products and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Lead client discovery calls, showroom appointments, and site visits to identify event rental needs.
• Build customized rental proposals and guide clients through product selections and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain organized client records and event documentation across systems.
• Coordinate with CAD, Inventory, Operations, and Sales Support to develop accurate event scopes.
• Ensure contracts and timelines are accurate and finalized before execution.
• Support revenue growth with Business Development and Sales Directors.
