• Proven background in group or event sales, hospitality, or related field
• Track record of managing a high-value pipeline and closing deals with multiple decision-makers
• Confident prospector who builds relationships naturally and follows through consistently
• Strong communicator and presenter with ability to tailor pitches to varied audiences
• Detail-oriented and organized to manage large events with many moving parts
• Feedback-driven and coachable with willingness to debrief for improvement

• Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13+ guests, from social events to large corporate buyouts
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making, longer timelines, and complex contracts
• Match clients to venues, packages, and custom experiences aligned with goals
• Build and grow local territory through outreach to companies, organizations, and community groups
• Develop and expand a portfolio of high-value accounts via prospecting and relationship management
• Lead BEO meetings and partner with venue ops for flawless execution from contract to celebration
• Drive retention outreach to bring past guests back and grow referrals
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when demand peaks
