Job summary
Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley in Hinckley, MN is seeking a results-driven food & beverage operations leader responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction by guiding the team to deliver quality service in a fast-paced casino environment.
You will enforce standards, ensure compliance with health and safety regs, train Associates, manage liquor control, and help drive budget performance while maintaining open communication with staff and management.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years progressive Food & Beverage Operations experience with two (2) years of Supervisory/Managerial experience.
- One (1) year alcohol service including wine service experience with one (1) year bartending experience.
- Serv-Safe Certification preferred; certification required within one year of placement.
Responsibilities
- Enforce performance standards and procedures in the venue.
- Ensure compliance with health, liquor, safety regulations and laws.
- Evaluate and train Associates to meet guest service standards.
- Liquor control and ordering for the venue.
- Maintain cost effectiveness within the department per budget and benchmarks.
- Address guest grievances and procedural discipline as needed.
- Maintain venue equipment and appearance per Grand Casino standards.
