Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a seasoned Table Games Manager to supervise daily operations of the Table Games Department and oversee staff, budgeting, scheduling, training, and compliance with gaming laws.

You will project a professional image, deliver exceptional guest service, evaluate promotions, and generate operating reports while coordinating with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize labor and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years Blackjack Table Games experience with at least 3 years in supervisory/manager role.
• Certified Dealer Training and dealer audition required.
• Knowledge of pit programs and player tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the Table Games Department.
• Directly supervise Dealers and Supervisors; assign tasks and discipline.
• Budgeting, scheduling, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, tribal gaming laws and regulations.
• Generate operating reports and communicate with Gaming leadership.
