Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to lead a team and ensure high guest service standards in our venue. You will enforce policies, manage liquor control, and help drive cost effectiveness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3 years of progressive F&B experience with at least 2 years in supervisory roles, plus Serv-Safe certification. Strong leadership and scheduling flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three years progressive Food & Beverage Operations experience with two years of Supervisory/Managerial experience.
• One year alcohol service experience including wine service.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred (Certification is required within one year of placement).
• Alcohol Awareness Certification within 2 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures in the venue.
• Responsible for liquor control and ordering for the venue.
• Ensure venue operations run smoothly to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Review and approve hiring, transfers, suspensions, promotions, discharges, evaluations, assignments and discipline for Associates.
