Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Leader to ensure guest service satisfaction by orchestrating the production of quality Food & Beverage in line with the casino's high standards.

You will enforce policies, manage liquor controls, train associates, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining open communication across venues. This role requires supervisory experience and a strong focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Progressive Food & Beverage operations experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in alcohol service including wine service.
• Certification in Serv-Safe preferred with one year to placement.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required within two months.

Responsibilities

• Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures in the venue.
• Comply with all health, liquor and safety regulations; as well as laws.
• Evaluate and train Associates to ensure guest service standards.
• Liquor control and ordering for the venue.
• Ensure venue operations run smoothly to satisfy guests.
• Review and approve staffing actions in a fair manner.
• Maximize cost effectiveness by adhering to budgets and benchmarks.
• Address guest grievances promptly and effectively.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and variances.
• Provide feedback to aid Associates' skill development.
• Communicate operational deficiencies to management.
• Set priorities for Team members and assist as needed.
• Know internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain venue equipment and appearance to standards.
• Maintain open communication through meetings and briefings.
