Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs in the United States seeks a Food & Beverage Operations Leader to ensure maximum guest service satisfaction by coordinating a team to deliver high-quality food and beverage in line with the casino’s standards.

You will enforce policies, train Associates, manage liquor control, support budgeting and staffing, resolve guest concerns promptly, maintain equipment and venue appearance, and communicate openly with management to drive operations and guest happiness.

Qualifications

• Three years progressive Food & Beverage Operations experience with two years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Alcohol service experience including wine service.
• Certifications: Serv-Safe and Alcohol Awareness within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Enforce performance standards and policies in the venue.
• Train and evaluate Associates to meet guest service standards.
• Control liquor ordering and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure smooth venue operations and manage staffing and budgeting.
• Address guest grievances promptly and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Provide input to management on deficiencies and staffing priorities.
