Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador to ensure a positive guest experience across the venue. You will handle guest payments, guide seating, answer questions, and coordinate with team members to maintain smooth service.

The role emphasizes prompt, courteous interactions, adherence to health and cash-handling standards, and a collaborative spirit across hosts, servers, cooks, and supervisors. On-site availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures.
• Advise Guest of waiting time and areas of the Venue.
• Prepare orders in a timely manner and complete with garnish and accompaniments.
• Answer Guest questions and direct concerns to management.
• Address Guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
• Seat Guests according to established procedures; operate host seating system.
• Deliver excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area following health regulations.
• Assist in stocking necessary items and maintaining venue standards.
• Provide cordial reception and escort Guests to dining tables.
