Job summary

The Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures Grand Casino seeks an experienced Table Games Supervisor to lead the department, manage tables, staffing, and compliance. You will budget, schedule, train, and discipline staff, and provide strategic direction to enhance guest service and profitability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Marketing and Revenue, generating reports, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years Blackjack Table Games with a minimum of three (3) years in supervisory or management role.
• Must have previously attended certified Dealer Training skills and passed a dealer audition.
• Knowledge of all programs utilized in the pit including Player tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Table Games Supervisors and Dealers.
• Review and approve casino complimentary items to Guests.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, scheduling, training and discipline.
