Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to ensure exemplary guest service and event execution for banquets and amphitheater events. You will manage setup, staffing, and service details in line with banquet orders while maintaining budget and safety standards.

You will lead a team, coordinate with the Event Manager, and monitor guest satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance across on-site and off-site events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute functions from Banquet Event Order to guests' specifications.
• Listen to and resolve guest grievances promptly.
• Ensure banquet/event facilities are set up properly and service meets guests' needs.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with Banquet Team.
• Communicate with Event Manager; provide input to management.
