Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking an IT Analyst to join our Orange County operations and support a reliable IT environment with focus on desktop and mobile systems for Honda Center events.

You will configure hardware, manage phone systems, printers, and mobile devices, and provide end-user support for Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM. This on-site role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT desktop/endpoint support.
• Experience with Tanium or similar endpoint management.
• Experience administering Microsoft Azure and on-prem Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar help desk.
• Knowledge of networks, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and time management.
• CA driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support desktop hardware and systems
• Set up and support phone systems (analog, cloud, IP)
• Configure, deploy, and support network printers
• Provide technical support for Apple and Android mobile devices
• Provide Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM support
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to point-of-sale hardware and software
• Assist with audio/visual systems and conference room setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues involving desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices
