Qualifications

• At least 4 years in Information Technology with live events a plus.
• 3+ years supporting desktops (Windows/macOS) and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Complex troubleshooting in an onsite, customer-facing role.
• Cybersecurity tools such as EDR, vulnerability mgmt, security awareness.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent; Microsoft Certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for venue operations.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and networks in a time-sensitive, customer-facing environment.
• Maintain clear documentation and incident logs.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
