Job summary

Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA is seeking an IT Event Support Technician to provide hands-on support across the campus and during events on a part-time basis (20-24 hours per week, including weekends). You will assist with hardware and software installations, troubleshoot network issues, and support game-day operations across Windows, Mac, Chromebooks, iPads, and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with 0–1 year of related experience.
• Basic networking knowledge including switches and firewalls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 20–24 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic end-user tech support across campus and events.
• Assist with hardware and software installations and upgrades.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network problems.
• Document procedures and hardware/software configurations.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 support for escalations.
• Support game-day and event-specific IT needs.
