Job summary

Qualifications

• On-site, customer-facing IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support during events and daily operations.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and networks under time pressure.
• Document incidents, configurations, and resolutions clearly.
• Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability management and monitoring.
