Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking an IT Analyst to maintain a reliable IT environment with emphasis on desktop and mobile systems for Honda Center events. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting desktops, phones, printers, and mobile devices; supporting Microsoft 365 apps; and troubleshooting connectivity and POS systems.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), plus 2+ years in IT desktop support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
A+ certification preferred.
2+ years of IT Desktop Analyst/ Desktop Support Analyst experience.
Experience with Tanium or a similar endpoint management tool strongly preferred.
Experience administering and maintaining user accounts in Microsoft Azure and on-premises Active Directory.
Experience with ServiceNow or a similar help desk/ticketing system.
Knowledge of databases, system security, and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to support a diverse user community.

Responsibilities

Configure, deploy, and provide ongoing support for desktop hardware and systems.
Set up and support phone systems, including analog, cloud-based, and IP-based solutions.
Configure, deploy, and support network printers.
Provide technical support for Apple and Android mobile devices.
Provide application support for Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to point-of-sale hardware and software.
Assist with audio/visual systems and conference room setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues involving desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices.
