Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is hiring an IT Analyst to support and maintain a reliable IT environment, focusing on desktop and mobile systems. You will assist events at Honda Center and surrounding spaces, manage devices, networks, email, and security, and ensure smooth IT operations for live entertainment experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS or related field (A+ preferred), 2+ years in IT support, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• A+ certification is preferred
• 2+ years in IT Desktop/Help Desk/Similar role
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Tanium preferred)
• Experience with Azure AD and on-prem Active Directory
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
• Knowledge of networks, security, and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for periods of time
• Valid California driver's license and driving record

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support desktop hardware and systems
• Set up and support phone systems (analog, cloud, IP)
• Configure, deploy, and support network printers
• Support Apple and Android mobile devices
• Support MS Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Resolve POS hardware/software issues
• Assist with AV systems and conference room setup
• Troubleshoot user issues with desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices
