Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Guest Service member to engage with guests, answer questions, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience at our venues in Memphis. You will greet guests, verify tickets, assist with seating, and support staff during events.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to move about a busy venue, assist guests with special needs, and respond effectively in emergencies. Experience with live events is a plus.

• Customer service oriented with guest-focused mindset.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good judgment, tact and diplomacy in interactions with guests and staff.
• Strong teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Ability to stand/walk, climb stairs, and lift 50 lbs+ as required.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry.
• Assist guests with locating seats and answer questions at the venue.
• Resolve guest complaints and problems promptly.
• Verify tickets or passes for entry and access levels.
• Assist guests with special needs and seating accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits and provide safety instructions in emergencies.
• Verify staff credentials for restricted areas when needed.
