Live Nation Entertainment Inc is seeking a friendly Guest Service member for Satellite Music Hall in Memphis. You will greet guests, scan tickets, help them find seats, and resolve questions or issues during events, ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for all attendees.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle dynamic crowd situations, including guiding guests and assisting with accessibility needs while supporting overall venue operations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry
• Assist guests with seating and locating seats in various levels
• Resolve guest complaints or problems
• Examine tickets for authenticity
• Assist guests with special needs and accessibility
• Guide guests to exits and provide emergency instructions
• Verify staff credentials for restricted areas as needed
• Direct guests to places inside or outside the venue
• Support overall guest safety and show experience
