Live Nation Entertainment in Memphis seeks a Guest Service team member to engage venue guests, answer questions and help resolve issues to ensure a positive experience at live events.

You will greet attendees, verify entry, assist with seating and safety procedures while maintaining venue cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout show days and events. The role requires mobility, the ability to stand for long periods, and a welcoming, customer-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry; assist with seat locations.
• Answer guest questions and guide them to seat levels.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and presentation for guests.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems promptly.
• Verify tickets or passes for authenticity.
• Assist guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits and provide emergency instructions.
• Verify staff credentials for restricted areas when needed.
• Provide directions inside or outside the venue.
• Ensure guests enjoy the show safely and engage with informational kiosks.
