Live Nation Entertainment's clubs and theaters are seeking a Guest Service Member to engage guests, scan tickets, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming venue environment.

You will assist with seating, verify passes, help guests with accessibility needs, and support safety during emergencies while coordinating with staff across the venue. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and clear communication in a fast-paced live-music setting.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to exits during emergencies for safety.
• Verify staff credentials for restricted areas.
• Provide directions inside or outside the venue.
• Support staff in post-show breakdown and venue upkeep.
• Assist at informational kiosks or displays.
