Encore is seeking a Project Coordinator, Venues to plan and execute events, from small gatherings to portions of large ones. You will work with sales and operations to deliver execution plans, and report to a Venue Operations lead. The role emphasizes profitability, precise scheduling, and hands-on on-site support.

You will mentor team members, manage post-show tasks, and ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors in a fast-paced hotel/convention setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years tech experience in the event technology or broadcast industry.
• 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience, preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical background.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Works well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask.
• MS Office experience.
• Ability to read technical diagrams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Event Planning: Prepare and communicate production schedules, labor needs, scope, execution plan and individual responsibilities to lead crewmembers, vendors and venue.
• Event Execution: Communicate the event plan and on-site changes, review information with crew leads to ensure success and profitability.
• Administrative & Training: Assist with post-event tasks, timesheets, invoices, reporting and identify training opportunities.
