Qualifications

• 3+ years tech experience in event tech or Broadcast industry.
• 2+ years admin and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical background.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Ability to multitask.
• MS Office experience.
• Ability to read technical diagrams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and communicate production & labor schedules, sub-rental requirements, project scope, execution plan and individual responsibilities to lead crewmembers, vendors and venue.
• Attend client meetings, create and maintain organized show files, respond to client concerns and questions.
• Review sales documents to confirm equipment and technical positions meet client needs.
• Communicate on-site changes including billing, production schedules and client requests.
• Review all information with crew leads to ensure a successful and profitable event.
• Mentor Encore Team Members on event execution and best practices.
