Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Project Coordinator, Venues to plan and execute small events or parts of larger events at hotel/convention center venues. You will coordinate production plans, labor schedules, and vendor resources while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.

You will collaborate with sales and operations, mentor onsite teams, and ensure adherence to Encore’s standards and processes across planning, execution, and post-show review.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tech experience in the event technology or Broadcast industry.
• 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience, preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Technical Background.
• Strong Client relationship skills.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Works well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask.
• MS Office experience.
• Ability to read technical diagrams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and communicate production & labor schedules, sub-rental requirements, project scope, execution plan and responsibilities to leads, vendors and venue.
• Attend client meetings, maintain show files, respond to client concerns and questions.
• Review sales documents to ensure equipment and technical positions meet client needs.
• Communicate execution plans and on-site changes to crew and client requirements.
• Review information with crew leads to ensure successful and profitable events.
• Operate equipment and assist crew as needed/qualified.
• Mentor team members on event execution and best practices.
