Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the event technology or Broadcast industry.
• 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience.
• Strong ability to read technical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate production & labor schedules.
• Attend client meetings and respond to client concerns.
• Review sales documents to confirm equipment meets client needs.
• Communicate event execution plan and changes on-site.
• Assist with processing of timesheets and invoices.
• Identify training opportunities for the workforce.
