Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator, Venues to plan and execute small events or portions of larger events. This role ensures profitable execution by following Encore’s Production Process and Standards, and partners with the sales and operations team to deliver event execution plans.

Reports to a designated Venue Operations lead. The candidate should have strong planning, vendor coordination, and on-site leadership in event technology or broadcast environments, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3+ years tech experience in the event technology or Broadcast industry.
• 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience, preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Technical Background.
• Strong Client relationship skills.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Ability to read technical diagrams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning: Prepare and communicate production & labor schedules, sub-rental requirements, project scope, execution plan and responsibilities to lead crewmembers, vendors and venue.
• Event Execution: Communicate event execution plan and on-site changes including billing, production schedules and client requests; review information with crew leads for successful events.
• Administrative & Training: Assist Venue Operations with EPT tool analysis; process post-event items including timesheets, invoices, and post-show reporting; identify training opportunities for onsite staff.
