Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Project Coordinator, Venues to plan and execute small events or portions of larger ones in hotel/convention center settings. You’ll coordinate production and labor, manage client communications, and ensure profitable execution following Encore's standards.

The role requires 3+ years in event technology or broadcast, plus strong MS Office skills, client relations, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years tech experience in event technology or Broadcast industry.
• 2+ years admin and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical background and client relationship skills.
• Operational logistics experience and ability to multitask.
• MS Office experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and communicate production & labor schedules, sub-rental requirements, and execution plan to crew, vendors, and venue.
• Maintain client focus by attending meetings, organizing show files, and addressing client questions.
• Review sales documents to ensure equipment and tech positions meet client needs.
• Convey event execution plan and on-site changes, including billing and schedules.
• Review information with crew leads to ensure profitable events.
• Operate equipment as needed and mentor team members on best practices.
