• Minimum of 5 years in supplier quality, supplier development, or related discipline.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives through influence, not direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier development strategy, governance, and deployment.
• Define supplier performance measures, scorecards, and escalation criteria.
• Lead high‑impact supplier development and risk-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with medical device quality systems and regulatory requirements.
