Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of vendor management, outsourcing, or HR operations experience at manager level.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors, including performance management and contract oversight.
• Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, governance practices, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors, ensuring alignment with standards and policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance through data analysis and reporting to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance and drive improvements.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and service enhancements using data.
• Support contract lifecycle management including negotiations and scope changes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies across Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Ethics & Compliance.
