Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in master data operations or related fields within a global organization.
• Experience in customer/vendor data management and data governance.
• Experience in shared services or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer and Vendor Master Operations for Supply Chain, ensuring accurate, complete, timely and policy‑compliant creation and governance of records.
• Own end-to-end master data processes including intake, validation, approval, creation, change and deactivation.
• Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Global Supply Chain, IT and Shared Services to align data processes with requirements.
• Serve as a systems leader for master data capabilities in ERP and adjacent systems.
• Maintain governance, controls, and evidence for audit readiness and compliance.
• Lead and develop a global team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor service levels, data quality, and performance; address root causes of issues.
• Provide SME input for data standardization, automation, and lifecycle governance.
