Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in vendor management, property preservation, logistics or coordination roles is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software tools.

Responsibilities

• Assign, track and manage work orders for vendors nationwide.
• Communicate with vendors to provide clear instructions, timelines and expectations.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback as needed.
• Resolve vendor issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide updates and reports to management.
