Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory Program Service Representative in Springfield, MO. You will stock product, manage inventory levels, and support program services at customer facilities, ensuring safety and strong service standards. The role may involve onsite work with customers and travel as needed.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:30pm. Requires 1–2 years warehousing experience, 2+ years customer management, a valid license, and DOT certification eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer management.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass/maintain DOT certification.
• The employee is regularly required to lift 30 to 60 pounds and stand up to 8 hours.
• Work is performed in customer facilities with varied conditions.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments within an organization.
• Ability to establish, build and maintain positive relationships with customers and handle feedback and issues.

Responsibilities

• Stock product for multiple customer programs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as necessary.
• Drive program growth through setup of new customer programs and expansion of existing programs.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels using VMI platforms and place orders as needed.
• Maintain expert knowledge of program systems and operations.
• Keep equipment and workspace clean and professional customer interaction standards.
• Actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues impacting programs or service levels.
• Comply with organizational policies and safety standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
