Job summary

Würth Industry USA is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory Program Service Representative based in Springfield, MO. You will stock product for several customer programs, transport items as needed, and uphold program presentation at customer facilities.

Responsibilities include managing onsite/remote CPS program operations, maintaining inventory levels with VMI platforms, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements in productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years material handling or warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer management.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record; ability to pass DOT.
• Employee must lift 30–60 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
• Effective verbal and written communication with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock product for multiple customer programs by filling or swapping product bins at customer locations, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Transport product to customers as necessary.
• Drive program growth through setup of new customer programs and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using VMI platforms; review open orders.
• Maintain knowledge of program systems and operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional customer interactions.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders; resolve issues affecting programs or service levels.
• Comply with organizational policies and safety standards.
