Qualifications

• Experience in work order processing, property preservation or related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze photos and documentation accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

• Review property photos and documentation to determine required services.
• Prepare detailed bids with accurate labor, materials and pricing breakdowns.
• Analyze costs and ensure competitive yet profitable pricing structures.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to vendors for task completion.
• Monitor work orders from assignment to completion and resolve issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support business development by identifying service trends and opportunities for growth.
• Maintain records of work orders, bids and vendor performance for reporting purposes.
