• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One or more years of experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess large volumes of documentation for vendor annual reviews.
• Monitor and conduct first-level reviews of vendor compliance documents throughout the oversight lifecycle.
• Escalate risks or privacy issues to leadership.
• Manage vendor reviews and contract obligations; ensure accuracy of the vendor management system.
• Provide status updates to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct due diligence for new third-party vendors.
• Review FNMA/FHLMC documentation for compliance and update status.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and maintain current records.
• Respond to site audit exceptions and track remediation actions.
• Assist with processing vendor communications and requests.
