Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services in Delaware seeks an experienced Vendor Oversight Coordinator to manage a network of third-party providers, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. You will review documentation, monitor contracts, and escalate risks to leadership while maintaining vendor records and responding to inquiries to support ongoing oversight.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work independently in a regulated environment.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, auditing, compliance, or vendor management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review large volumes of vendor documentation for annual reviews and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor vendor compliance documents across oversight lifecycle and track milestones.
• Escalate risks or issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain the vendor management inbox and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Manage ongoing vendor reviews and contract obligations in the vendor system.
• Led communication with vendors through status reports and updates.
• Perform due diligence on new third-party vendors prior to approval.
• Ensure accurate and current documentation in internal records.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and ensure timely processing.
• Respond to site audit exceptions and support remediation actions.
• Assist with onboarding new service providers as requested by VM leadership.
