Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a field-based Robotics Sales Manager for the VELYS portfolio to lead capital sales across MI, IN, and NI regions. You will drive business plans, expand surgeon relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals and adoption of digital surgery solutions.

Requires 5+ years medical device sales, joint reconstruction knowledge, and ability to travel up to 75%. Equal opportunity employer with accommodations available on request.

Qualifications

• BA/BS is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of medical device sales experience is required.
• Experience with joint reconstructive experience in hips/knees/shoulders is required.
• Capital Sales experience is preferred.
• Disruptive medical technology selling experience is preferred.
• Previous total joint reconstruction experience strongly preferred.
• Travel up to 75% is required.
• Valid driver's license in one of the 50 states is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn/know total knee arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty anatomy to sell the product portfolio.
• Develop a comprehensive executable business plan to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Serve as tactical leader for sales activities to meet/exceed portfolio goals.
• Encourage trainings and physician familiarization sessions.
• Work with internal partners to ensure compliance with capital sales process.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Team and Field Sales to support activities.
• Coordinate with Strategic Customer Group and Joint Reconstruction Field Sales.
• Work with launch cadence for robotic and navigation units.
• Partner with marketing and education teams to drive sales.
