Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Downstream Marketing Manager for VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation in Raynham, MA. You will translate surgeon and market insights into compelling downstream marketing programs, lead launch workstreams, and support pricing, contracting, forecasting, and supply planning in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing or product management in medical devices, with experience in orthopaedics, spine, or digital surgery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; postgraduate qualification in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Orthopaedics, Surgical Technologies, Navigation, Robotics, Digital Surgery, or enabling surgical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders through advisory boards, labs, visits, and society meetings.
• Execute North America commercialization plans aligned with global strategy to support revenue growth, adoption, and utilization goals.
• Lead defined launch planning and execution workstreams, including launch readiness, customer evaluations, product demonstrations, training, and post-launch performance management.
• Collaborate with Education, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and R&D to remove barriers and deliver objectives.
• Translate customer, market, and sales insights into actionable product positioning and priorities for leadership.
• Create and deliver sales tools, marketing collateral, education programs, CRM campaigns, and field communications.
• Partner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution across the field.
