Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Sales Account Manager to cover the Pacific Northwest, ideally based in Seattle, WA. This field-based role focuses on selling Auris Surgical Robotics technologies to physicians and hospital teams across WA, OR, ID, and NV, driving adoption and delivering clinical and economic value.

You will lead complex clinical discussions, manage strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success while navigating ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years of professional/related experience (or Associate + 5+ years).
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical knowledge to physicians/economic buyers.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.
• Work in hospital/ASC settings and wear protective gear.
• Self-starter with autonomy and strong problem-solving in high-pressure environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales targets in the territory.
• Maintain a strategic territory plan and updated forecast.
• Present realistic sales forecasts to sales management regularly.
• Lead product technical and clinical demonstrations to drive adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics.
• Conduct referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
• Support post-sales installation, adoption, and customer satisfaction; ensure clinical/economic goals are met.
