Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Account Manager to cover the Pacific Northwest, ideally based in Seattle, WA. You will drive end-to-end program development and clinical success, including procedure sales, education, and post-sale adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics technologies.

The role requires strong clinical and technical product knowledge, extensive travel (up to 75%), and the ability to work within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clinical and product knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with overnight trips.
• Self-starter with autonomy and problem-solving under pressure.
• Able to work in a hospital/ASC setting and wear protective gear when required.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to share sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales targets.
• Maintain a detailed, strategic territory plan and update it regularly.
• Present realistic sales forecasts to management on a consistent basis.
• Lead product demonstrations to support adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Implement post sales installation, adoption, and education protocols with customers.
• Support clinical adoption and customer satisfaction to drive utilization.
