Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Account Manager to cover the Pacific Northwest, ideally based in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on delivering Auris Surgical Robotics technologies to surgeons and healthcare teams, with travel across WA, OR, ID, NV.

You will develop and execute territory plans, lead clinical demonstrations, educate customers, and drive adoption of our surgical solutions, contributing to better patient outcomes in a fast-growing field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher with related experience.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical knowledge.
• Willing to travel up to 75% including overnight.
• Work in hospital/ASC settings and wear protective gear.
• Strong self-motivation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans.
• Lead product clinical demonstrations to drive adoption.
• Drive procedure and disposable sales in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate post-sales installation and adoption with the sales/service teams.
• Support clinical adoption and physician education across customers.
