Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results.
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.
• High attention to detail including precise data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the transportation process of customer vehicles in the region.
• Communicate via recorded line phone system and manage regional emails.
• Coordinate with peers and agents on VINs and holds.
• Monitor holds, verification delays, and process corrections in AS400 systems.
• Enter manual orders and process other AS400 orders; run reports.
