Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC is seeking a Title Specialist to secure all documents for vehicle title ownership transfer. You will compile documents, communicate with customers, resolve discrepancies, answer calls, and handle emails while upholding state requirements and quality service.

The role involves processing title paperwork, maintaining compliance across states, and supporting a fast-paced auction operation in Westchester, IL.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years State/National title processing experience.
• 2-3 years knowledge in title and salvage title requirements.
• Maintaining customer databases.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale.
• Keep up-to-date on title regulations by learning and maintaining knowledge of current title/salvage laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to external/internal partners.
• Enters information from titles received from the state into the IAA operating system.
• Follows well-established procedures under close direction of supervisor.
• Assists with other office functions as needed.
