Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA) seeks a Title Service Representative in the United States, Iowa region. You will secure documents to accompany title transfer applications, communicate with customers and owners, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with state requirements.

Responsibilities include processing salvage titles from multiple states, maintaining customer databases, and entering data into the IAA system.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years State/National title processing experience
• Previous knowledge in title and salvage title requirements
• Maintaining customer databases
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for title transfer and related applications
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states
• Keep up-to-date on title regulations across states
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
• Enter title data into the IAA operating system
• Assist with other office functions as needed
• Protect confidential customer information and follow records retention policies
