• Maintaining customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale.
• Keep up-to-date on title regulations by learning current title/salvage laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to external/internal partners.
• Enters information from titles received from the state into the operating system.
• Responds to customer questions, complaints and requests.
