Qualifications

• Two years sales experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of dealership products; estimating experience helpful.
• Ability to identify and act on changing customer requirements under deadlines.
• Administrative skills for record keeping of customer vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and effectively assists customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests.
• Consults customers on needed scheduled maintenance repairs.
• Reviews root cause and corrective repair actions with customers during vehicle delivery.
• Distributes work to staff and maintains repair records.
• Promotes sales of labor, parts and accessories to meet customer needs.
• Prepares written estimates for labor and parts and time estimates.
• Establishes payment method with customer and gets signature on repair ticket.
• Notifies customers when service/repair is completed and vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Maintains vehicle history files and follow-up system for additional services.
• Resolves customer problems and complaints in a timely manner.
• Greets customers in a positive, timely manner.
