Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of sales experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of dealership products; estimating with evaluative diagnostic capability is helpful.
• Strong ability to identify, comprehend and act on changing customer requirements under deadlines.
• Administrative skills for proper record keeping for customer vehicles.
• Polite, courteous, cooperative, and team oriented attitude.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Aufgaben

• Promote sales of labor and parts.
• Promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good working relationships within the Service Department and all other dealership departments.
• Process after-hours drop-off vehicle information.
• Greet customers in a positive, timely manner.
• Provide written estimates for labor and parts and discuss diagnostic estimates if necessary.
• Notify customers when service/repair is completed and arrange pickup.
• Follow progress of repairs and update repair orders.
