Job summary

Responsibilities

• Writes up customer vehicle problems on the repair order.
• Test drives with the customer or refers to a test technician.
• Provides written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Handles inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
